At Makey Makey, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected.
